BioInvent’s preclinical research is focused on developing novel immuno-modulatory antibodies for cancer therapy. Such antibodies may significantly improve efficacy of currently available checkpoint inhibitor therapies and/or activate anti-cancer immunity in currently non-responding patients and cancer types.

The Preclinical team at BioInvent is highly involved in all steps in a project – from idea to pulling out desired antibodies from our n-CoDeR® library, functionally test these in predictive cancer models, as well as in developing biomarkers for the clinic. The flexibility of the team and the close communication between the Preclinical, Translational and Core Research Teams and Clinical Development assures rapid adjustments to answer the most critical questions to advance our pipeline.
