He did his postdoctoral training at the German Cancer Research Center, Department for Recombinant Antibody Technology and at the University of Heidelberg, Department of Transplantation Immunology both in Heidelberg, Germany. Martin has a broad international experience from executive positions within the biotech industry, including Director of Technology at Axaron Bioscience AG, Heidelberg, Germany, CEO of Affitech (Nasdaq Copenhagen) and CEO of Opsona Therapeutics, Dublin, Ireland. He has performed academic work at the Pasteur Institute and the University of California, San Francisco on cancer immunotherapy. Andres joins BioInvent from a position as Chief Scientific Officer at Debiopharm, and has previously held senior roles at IDM and BioMérieux/ Pierre Fabre. Born 1956.
